Development of High-Yield Vegetable Varieties
Research at American Seeds Company is driven by one guiding principle seeds must perform in real Indian farm conditions. As Head of Research & Development, my role is to oversee the development of vegetable seed varieties that are high-yielding, uniform, and adaptable to India’s diverse climates and soil types.
Our research programs are conducted in collaboration with Indian field teams and farmers, ensuring that each variety undergoes extensive field trials before commercial release. Varieties such as Velvet, White Dollar, Super Cash, Double Cross, Victor, and Liberty are the result of continuous evaluation, farmer feedback, and practical refinement.
Our objective is to deliver seed solutions that reduce risk for farmers, improve productivity, and support sustainable agricultural growth across India. Through innovation grounded in field reality, we are committed to advancing vegetable seed performance for Indian farming.
